Adapting communication to the the public

The public does not always communicate the same way our team does. This workshop is designed to train workers to adapt to unusual situations where communication is challenging, such as dealing with language barriers, people with handicaps and people with different social norms and expectations.

After completing this workshop, we are confident that participants will be able to adapt their communication approach to the people they interact with, despite the challenges those interactions might incur.
