Designing effective staff trainings

Staff trainings are hard to design. Deciding between training for rescues, advanced skills, basic skills, fitness and PR is already challenging, but deciding how any of those things are practiced is even more important. This workshop will give you tools to better understand what makes a training effective and how to plan for it and ensure it runs smoothly.

After completing this workshop, we are confident that participants will be able to create staff training plans that address important components of the job, then deliver the training in a way that increases user engagement and retention.
