Running post-rescue debriefs

A rescue is a very stressful situation, and running a debrief that provides a good review of the events whilst reassuring the rescuers can be challenging. This workshop is designed to help team leaders, managers and supervisors be better prepared to run effective post-rescue debriefs that focus on the right elements and respects the feelings their team might be experiencing.

After completing this workshop, we are confident that participants will be able to run effective post-rescue debriefing sessions with rescuers, regardless of a rescue outcome, and maintain a high level of professionalism and respect towards the members of the team.
